i need to partition my sales table with intervals of every three months...
can i create every three months

if completes the tree months it will be created automatically for next three months....

There is no option in 9i to create partitions automatically as they are needed.

You can pre-create them, or you can write a program that creates them for you and schedule it with DBMS_JOB
