'show parameter allow' doesnt work [message #395521]

hi
i want allow_freelist_groups parameter in my database.but when i run 'show parameter allow' it doesnt show me any parameter related with allow.can anyone please tell me what should i do to get this parameter in my database.do i need to run any scrept or wt? please reply

This parameter does not exist.
Where did you see it? Why do you want to use it?
