hi , Ershad here. I have a query about OEM . MY manager says that if you start OEM service(emctl start dbconsole) it consumes too much process which makes cpu usage high.but i am not sure about the same. so, i want to start that officially and check for performance. so, can i have any information regarding the usage(cpu,resource) by OEM and any oracle documentation which goes in my favour.
