Hi Friends,
In one of our production database, when we try to run a report through application. The screen didn't generate the output, the report hangs.
What are the things i have to check to identify what is the problem with the database and why it doesn't generate the report.
There is no problem with the query used in that report because that report works good in our test environment.

What is different between test & Production, because obviously something is not the same?
